Customer service and cancellations

A Travel and Hospitality Card can be used with ISU's contracted travel agencies. If a trip booked through a contracted agency is cancelled, credits go back on the original card used for the reservation. ISU will not reimburse canceled travel fare purchased with a personal credit card.

The university's contracted travel agencies also are familiar with requirements for use of federal funds, and can provide assistance with travel issues, such as transportation delays or complications, natural disasters, and national or international emergencies.
