W-2's on AccessPlus

2005, 2006 and 2007 W-2's are available via AccessPlus. Once you have logged in, click on the "Employee" tab, the "W2" link in the left column, select "Electronic", "submit", then click on the year to view. This is a two-sided, official document you can use for tax purposes. Internet Explorer is the best browser to use to view these documents. AccessPlus

New Minimum Wage

The minimum wage increased to $7.25 per hour on January 1, 2008.

2008 Cutoff Dates

Payroll hourly and salary cutoff dates for 2008 are in the Calendars link.

Third Party Access

Third Party Access allows an Iowa State AccessPlus user to share access to some of their personal information with a trusted Third Party. The information that can be shared in AccessPlus is their Payroll Info and W-2. Instructions are in AccessPlus under the Employee tab, Third Party Access.
