All salaried employees will receive their
pay on a monthly basis. Pay for the current month's earnings
is the last working day of the current month. If the month ends
on a Saturday or Sunday, payday would be the prior Friday.
All hourly employees will receive their pay
on a semi-monthly basis. Hourly employees are paid 1/2 month
after the completion of a pay period. If the 15th or the last
day of the month falls on a Saturday or Sunday, payday
would be the prior Friday.
Leave usage for all salaried employees must be reported on-line
by the 9th of the following month. If the 9th falls on a Saturday
or Sunday, the following Monday will become the deadline.
Leave usage for H base employees is to be reported on-line at the
time hours are entered to be compensated. Usage should be entered
on-line by 5:00 p.m. on the 2nd work day following the 15th or the
last day of the month.
If there is no usage for the entire
department, notify the Payroll Office at 294-6556.
