Account Title Information

The Account Title System contains individual records for every University account. These records contain the following information:

Account Title
Recipient and address for delivery of accounting statements such as departmental statements.
Effective date
Account Status
Administrative contact person within the Controller's Department
Project Accounting System department code
Organization/Department Codes which identify the department responsible for administering the account.

This information is viewable on the WebFM system by clicking the "Show Acct Info" button. If you would like to update any of the above information, please contact us. If you would like to update any of the above information for a Sponsored Programs (4xx) account, please contact Sponsored Programs Accounting.
