Departmental Statements

The Departmental Statements give a summary of the month's accounting transactions and show the available balance for a particular fund account (i.e., the first seven digits). Detail of previous months' transactions must be obtained from previous statements, or from WebFM.

Project Statements

The Project Statements allow displaying the fund account information at an additional level of detail by adding six digits to the fund account. Not all fund accounts have section-project numbers, so project statements are not available for all fund accounts.
