If you cannot find your document on the microfilm index, try the following solutions.

1. You may have miskeyed the document number. Remember not to key in zeros at the beginning of the number. Reference numbers have a maximum of six digits. Purchase Order numbers will not show up on the microfilm index system.



2. The Accounting Office does not retain copies of intramural tickets. If your document is an intramural ticket, it will not appear on the microfilm index system and you must contact the selling department.



3. The microfilm index was started for documents posted between July 1, 1997 and June 30, 2001. Documents posted before July 1, 1997 are on microfilm, but are not indexed on this microfilm index. You will need to provide the Accounting Office with photocopies of departmental statements highlighting the documents needed. Documents after June 30, 2001 are imaged and available on the web via AccessPlus.
